Part Coach. Part Facilitator.

I love teams. What is an organization without a team? Teams are solving our world's problems. They innovate.

But teams can be tough. Like really, really, really tough.

Nowadays there's so much change, we deal with constant, sometimes huge, team momentum swings.

The whole process can be draining. Keeping our teams engaged and prosperous helps us grow but also requires new skills.

We support leaders and teams navigating these hurdles so they can be more impactful in changing our world.

This work is not woo-woo. It involves cognitive psychology, organizational development, and experiential training specific to the need at hand.

How we work together is the primary reason any team fails or succeeds. We help teams get this right.
